NFL WEEK 4: SUNDAY RAPID REACTION

Week 4 started off with the Lions routing the Packers on Thursday night. The Lions are officially for real and now they have to play with those added expectations. The Jaguars won the London Toy Story game over the hapless Falcons to start Sunday off. The Bears jumped out to a 28-7 lead and lost to the Broncos 31-28. Derrick Henry and the Titans smoked the Bengals. The Houston Texans honored JJ Watt by destroying the Steelers. The Ravens imposed their will on the Browns and the Buccaneers crushed the Saints. The Bills physically manhandled the high powered Dolphins offense to a score of 48-20. We were gifted 2 Overtime games during the 1pm kickoff slot in Philly and Indy. The Rams and Eagles both prevailed in OT, saving what was a very blah group of 1pm games. The late kicks brought us more blowouts as the Cowboys and Christian McCaffrey, err the San Francisco 49ers destroyed the Patriots and Cardinals respectively. Brandon Staley almost coached the Chargers to another inexplicable loss, but the Chargers prevailed anyway. Oh…by the way, Khalil Mack had 6 sacks to set the single game record for the Chargers. The Jets and Chiefs gave us a very entertaining Sunday Night matchup. Aaron Rodgers returned to inspired the Jets and they played like it, especially Zach Wilson. Patrick Mahomes had a very tough night, but the Chiefs escaped with the win.
