NFL WEEK 3: SUNDAY RAPID REACTION

Week 3 is our first glimpse at who these teams really are this season. The fanfare of Week 1 is long gone and the hard truths are starting to appear. The 49ers were the first to cement the fact that they are very good and the 2023 Giants don’t resemble the 2022 version. As crazy as the NFL can be, there are 2 things that remain…Bill Belichick owns the Jets (15 straight) and Packers Quarterbacks are clutch! The Patriots controlled the Jets to get their first win of 2023. The Browns looked focused and motivated from the start as they dominated the Titans. Speaking of domination, the Dolphins annihilated the Broncos 70-20. It was 70-20 with 8 minutes remaining in the game, absolutely insane. Speaking of insane, the Richardson and Taylor-less Colts went into Baltimore and beat the Ravens in OT. The Colts are leading the AFC South because the Texans went into Duuuval and steamrolled the Jaguars. The Packers were on the verge of the same result to the Saints before they rolled off 18 points in the 4th to win by 1. The Bills and Lions improved to 2-1 with strong efforts. Is it time to question if Arthur Smith actually knows how to use Kyle Pitts, Drake London and Bijan Robinson? The Chargers and Vikings entered winless and it appeared that neither wanted to win. The Chargers almost blew it a few times, but emerge victorious. Brandon Staley almost coached himself out of the Chargers Head Coaching spot, but he got lucky. The late kicks brought the Kelce Swift dating rumors out into the public eye with an Eras Tour like Performance for the Chiefs. The Bears solidified their spot as a dumpster fire this week. We all thought the Cardinals were a dumpster fire, but they dominated the Cowboys all afternoon. The Carolina Panthers showed life early, but the Seahawks and the raucous 12th Man proved to be too much! Sunday Night gave us 2 AFC rivals who have given us a legendary rivalry. The Steelers weren’t perfect, but they dominated the Raiders in the Vegas desert.
