NFL DRAFT: TRADE PREDICTIONS

Trades during the First Round of the NFL Draft bring so much drama and intrigue to the event. Everyone pauses and waits impatiently to hear who has traded up and what the terms are. This theatrical drama is what really adds to the exciting must watch television.

At this point, who knows when Aaron Rodgers will be traded. The Jets thinking that they can low ball the Packers for the 4 Time NFL MVP is comical. Given the fact that the franchise has not sniffed a Super Bowl since before America landed on the Moon, TV’s had 4 channels and were black n white, they need to stop acting like entitled children. The fact they are clinging to certain premium selections over making a sensible deal for an QB that can make them a contender is a prime example of a team that’s all talk but no action. The excuse that Owner Woody Johnson is using regarding that he was surprised to hear Rodgers was 90% retired but decided to play is all a show. The Jets personally met with Rodgers a couple days before his Pat McAfee appearance, they knew what his intentions were and this is a ploy in negotiations. Outside of the Aaron Rodgers Affair, I have predicted trades we’ll see during the First Round. In addition to draft picks, there are some players that might be on the move during draft weekend.

PREDICTION FOR THE AARON RODGERS – JETS DEAL: WILL HAPPEN ON FRIDAY, APRIL 28TH

• 42nd OVERALL
• 43rd. OVERALL
• CONDITIONAL 2025 2ND RD PICK THAT COULD BE A 1ST IF THE JETS MAKE THE AFC TITLE GAME IN THE 2023 OR 2024 SEASON.

• 170th OVERALL PICK
• 2025 3RD RD PICK IF RODGERS RETIRES AFTER THE 2023 SEASON.
