THIS WEEK IN SPORTS: DEC 19TH – 25TH

This is a very festive week for everyone. First off, on behalf of Spinnable Sports and The Irrational Confidence Podcast, I would like to congratulate Lionel Messi and Argentina on winning the 2022 World Cup. Kylian Mbappe and France gave it their all in a losing effort. It was hands down the greatest World Cup Final in history. It was an exciting tournament seeing teams from across the globe capture glory.

There aren’t many College Football Bowl Games this week, but the Early Signing Day is Wednesday. The majority of the NFL schedule is on Saturday (Christmas Eve), followed by a Christmas Day triple header. The College Basketball schedule is lite and the NHL has games throughout the week. The NBA has rolled out their 5 star studded matchups on Christmas Day in addition to a week of action.
