The Los Angeles Clippers choked and lost early in last season’s NBA playoffs, and it seems like they are on path to potentially do it again after losing game one to the Dallas Mavericks. Both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George played well with 26 and 23 points respectively, but the effort fell short of being good enough to get the win. Another year into the Leonard+George experiment, what will happen if the Clippers get bounced early again this season?
THE CLIPPERS SUCK AGAIN… OR STILL!
Luckily unlike most other team situations, there is no real need to debate or wonder what might happen to the Clippers because we already know exactly what will happen. With both Leonard and George being in the last year of their contracts, each is eligible and very likely to skip town as soon as possible following another embarrassing early exit from the playoffs.
